Our professional kitchen serves as a canvas for renowned chefs from around the world to come and share their culinary gifts. Rotating chefs offer unique cooking courses, where guests are immersed in the history, process and origin of each dish. Each meal demonstrating our excellence, commitment and care.

With fishing trips in the Ebro river for fresh trout, mushroom hunting along the foot of the Monte Hijedo, visits to the local markets and pickings from our onsite organic farm, the Farmer's Table is an opportunity for passionate foodies to live a true and authentic culinary excursion. PAELLAKING

Join us to celebrate this ancient rice dish that originated in the mid 19th century in the East Coast of Spain. The Spanish Paella, has become a household familiar dish emblematic of great taste, comfort and community. 

The Molino Tejada honors the Paella King of the Year Award every summer, and focuses the ingredients on the Valley's bounty of natural riches.
